1st Project - Fit-out of Head Office building - completed June 2012

2nd Project - Construction of 650 seat restaurant - completed October 2012
"Having worked with MP Building for fit-out of our new head office, we did not hesitate to appoint them for the much larger project of our new restaurant, The Mulberry Tree. We had an extremely tight time scale to work to and a fixed budget and I am pleased to say that MP Building came in on both. Through regular meetings and constant communication we were always fully abreast of where we were with all facets of the project and any alterations instructed by us, from the original tender, were dealt with professionally and with the minimum of fuss. It was a pleasure to work with MP Building and it was very clear to see the pride that they also had in the restaurant and I would certainly look to use them for future projects".

Oxford Street included work to a building with a ‘listed’ front façade and compliance with L.B. Westminster stringent conditions. Exterior work to the frontage had to be co-ordinated to safeguard the public on an extremely busy thoroughfare close to Tottenham Court Road Tube Station and Cross Rail works".
Standard Road included the undertaking to deliver a state of the art High Bay Warehouse and Distribution Centre within a restricted site with adjoining sites fully occupied".
