Construct new staff room facility building at 3rd floor roof level, of existing building.  Building clad in mixture of glass and hardwood timber with Glulam beam and steel frame structure.  

Natural daylight with motorised external insultating shading, air source heating and cooling.  

Supported off foundations three floors below, within existing building.  Constructed within strict time constraints, above live school environment.
