Fast-track construction and fit-out of a 1,200 sq. ft., 650 seat restaurant. Commencing with an empty shell structure, without floor slab or drainage, to completion and operation within 15 weeks. Working alongside a ‘live’ retail Garden Centre trading environment.

Extensive external works included; external paving, street lighting and fixed furniture. Formation of ground floor slab with under floor heating and external curtain wall glazing to perimeter. Internal works included; creating a large commercial kitchen with associated server counters and payment points, formation of public and staff w.c’s, internal decorating and all associated mechanical and electrical works.

This project was completed within a tight timescale and budget set by the client, at the start of the project.
