I am delighted to recommend MP Building Ltd. The project to build a new Parish Hall for the Parish of S. Mary of Walsingham, London Colney began in 2018. The project was beset with challenges and the builder who was initially engaged was unable to complete the hall. Very few companies were even prepared to take over from where the previous builder had left
off and to tender for the job of bringing the project to completion and this would be the first
reason why I would recommend MP Building Ltd: they were prepared to submit a tender for
the work which was competitive and so was accepted.
The managers with whom I came into contact during the building were professional in their
approach and sympathetic to the needs of a Catholic Parish Church. If, for example, there
was a Funeral Mass then care was taken that parking was left available for the cortege and
that there was no noise from the site. As far as I am aware, there were no complaints from
the neighbours about anything.
As far as I can tell, everything seems to have been completed to within the agreed
specifications. For various reasons I needed to apply a little bit of pressure to have the building completed by a specific date and I am pleased to say that it was. The site was left
without any rubbish and was clean and tidy, so I was satisfied.
