New build construction extension to medical facility and refurbishment of the existing, built over two storeys, with 12 no. consulting rooms, two minor ops rooms, and associated support offices. Construction whilst existing premises remained in operational use, with extensive external works . Fully BREEAM compliant. Finalist East of England RIBA Awards

Bushey Medical Centre

The project involved construction of a new build 48 room private/public Health Centre including underground car park, pharmacy and large consulting space. Challenging site on brownfield site with contaminated elements requiring careful management and control together with treatment and disposal of Japanese Knotweed.

Parkway Welwyn Garden City, Herts.

Complete external and internal refurbishment and clinical upgrade works to existing Health Clinic to form new consultant rooms and reception waiting areas with external works all in accordance with CQC and NHS requirements .

John Clements Community Centre, Codicote, Herts.

Construction of new 6550 sq. ft community sports pavilion built to Sports England guidelines to strict budget controls on green field site with loft space with external balconies , lift installation etc

Ealing Council Library Refurbishment

MP Building Ltd is making excellent progress on the Ealing Council library refurbishment projects. Works are on schedule, with internal upgrades designed to deliver updated, modern library facilities for the local community. These improvements aim to enhance the user experience and ensure that the spaces remain inviting, functional, and community‑focused.
