Haileybury College Hertford.

Undertook both new build and refurbishment of buildings on prestigious independent boarding school with grade II listed building. Construction of a new 30 bedroom dormitory block, refurbishment and new build of existing music building on 3 levels with further provision of updated welfare facilities and extensive M&E services. Associated external works all completed in close proximity to live school building and within strict programme constraints

Whiteheath School Ruislip

The contract involved the construction of 3 new classrooms, toilet block, shared wet activities room within the existing school courtyard and construction of new 4500sq ft sports hall to Sports England guidelines. Due to poor ground conditions extensive piled foundations and raft slab design adopted with steel frame, clad in zinc and timber boarding with Bauder eco-friendly green roof

Roe Green School Kingsbury

Construction of new 200m2 detached Eco library building with extensive renewables, wind turbine, PV tiles, grey water systems and heat pump installation. Construction of new 200m2 detached indoor swimming pool building with associated services and specialist finishes. New “roof top “ staff room with extensive platform structure through extg. Building to grd floor level.
