From stage 3, Pre construction Planning discharge and Construction and fit out of 38,000sq ft Sikh Temple with underground car park provision, and fit out including full commercial kitchen facilities, demolition of extg building, with new build on existing hospital site with underground asbestos lined service tunnels and underground obstructions resulting in the use of flexible piling and ground beam design. Fit out included extensive AV installation, PV and specialist joinery installation

St Mark’s Church, London Colney, Herts
Extension and refurbishment of Grade 2 listed church for joint church and community use. Construction of new extension to existing building and extensive refurbishment of existing church consisting of new balcony structures, Glulam timber frames, extensive lighting, Audio Visual system installation and new heating system. Further specialist works included the partial removal of an 18th Century stained glass window, reconstruction and refurbishment of the organ and the relocation of headstones

12 Apostles Church, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire
Refurbishment and New Build extension to a grade II listed, 17th century Greek Orthodox Church. Construction of external walls using traditional flint stone techniques and utilizing modern methods of construction to form new office, welfare, kitchen and community including baptism pool. Building was opened by Archbishop of Constantinople, New Rome and Ecumenical Patriarch in 2023

London Colney – Parish Hall Refurbishment
Refurbishment and completion of a community parish hall following the handover of a partially finished scheme. Works included internal reinstatement, careful planning around parish activities, and full project handover.
Praised for professionalism and respect towards church functions, the team delivered the hall to agreed standards and timescales under a JCT Intermediate contract with CDP elements.
