Extension to an existing nine story residential block to form additional three floors including four penthouse high end residential units with associated roof terraces and balconies with a GDV in excess of £20m. Existing facade to be re-clad throughout in insulated render and brick slip application , new windows fitted to all existing flats including new balconies. Extend and replacement of two existing passenger lifts.
Extensive work was carried out whilst the building remained live and fully occupied by 46 existing flat owners.

Collier Street, Central London
MP Building Ltd is delivering a high-spec serviced office scheme in Central London, transforming a four-storey office building through comprehensive internal and external refurbishment. The project includes full strip-out works, internal reconfiguration, upgraded M&E systems, and installation of smart-enabled infrastructure such as climate control and high-speed connectivity. Designed to meet the demands of modern agile workspaces, the scheme integrates both flexibility and intelligent functionality.
Externally, the building is undergoing a façade refresh, enhanced access systems, and security upgrades. Delivered under a fast-track programme, the project includes full CDP responsibility and demonstrates MP Building Ltd’s ability to execute complex retrofit works within tight timeframes and restricted central London locations.
New Crescent Yard – Façade Remedial Works
Façade fire remedial works at New Crescent Yard were successfully completed with the project reaching Practical Completion. The works focused on upgrading the building’s cladding system to meet the latest fire safety standards. The improvements have delivered a fully compliant, safer façade, providing peace of mind to residents and stakeholders alike.
Delivered on time and to a high standard, the project reflects strong collaboration with R R Paice & Co, who supported as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. This case study has already served successfully in targeted marketing and showcases MP Building Ltd’s capability in executing compliance-led façade remediation with professionalism and confidence.
Bosch, Denham – Dilapidation & Preparation Works
MP Building Ltd was appointed to deliver dilapidation and preparation works for Bosch at their Denham site, covering 100,000 sq ft of office space across three floors. The project included a phased Cat A and B fit-out involving sensitive removal of existing fixtures, ceilings, flooring, and MEP services, followed by targeted reinstatement works. These were carefully executed to prepare the space for its next configuration while protecting the core structure and essential building systems.
Works were delivered to a high standard within tight timescales and with minimal disruption to the client’s operations. A collaborative approach was key, with close coordination between the client, project managers, and incoming fit-out contractors. The completed space was handed over on time and within budget, providing a clean, prepared environment for future use and reinforcing MP Building Ltd’s expertise in high-value commercial fit-out readiness projects.
