Extensive refurbishment to Grade 2 Listed Bush Hall, the Coach House and Stable Blocks and new build of a link building and function room.
Shell and core refurbishment in to a 14-room hotel with new build facilities providing high quality kitchen & dining spaces. Works include expansion of the existing car park; new drainage and landscaping to the grounds. Extensive temporary works design and installation including facade monitoring .
The age and existing condition of the building meant that we encountered many anomalies and worked closely with the design team to come to cost effective solutions

Ruxley Manor Garden Centre, Kent

Construction and fit out including full commercial kitchen installation to form 1200sq ft 650 seated restaurant and external retail space, in fast track programme, internal fit out to from food hall , 3000 sq/ft office space CAT B fit out from shell to completion and formation of new extensive car park facility

Three phase development and extension to existing site to form new 5500sq ft retail space, installation of commercial kitchen and new restaurant area including external space, with extensive external works on restricted site area, whilst site remained in operation at all times.
