We’re pleased to share that façade fire remedial works at New Crescent Yard are now complete, with the project reaching Practical Completion (PC) this month.

This important work involved upgrading the building’s cladding system to meet the latest fire safety standards. The improvements now provide a fully compliant and safer façade, giving residents and building stakeholders added peace of mind.
