High Wycombe, December 2025 – MP Building Ltd. is pleased to announce the successful completion and handover of a key housing regeneration project on Mentmore Road, High Wycombe.

Delivered in partnership with Red Kite Community Housing, the scheme forms part of a broader affordable housing initiative in the area. The project involved the comprehensive refurbishment and conversion of an existing property, resulting in four high-quality two-bedroom flats designed to meet the needs of the local community.

The project’s successful delivery reflects a strong and collaborative working relationship between MP Building Ltd. and Red Kite Community Housing. From the outset, both organisations worked closely to ensure the scheme met its intended goals in terms of quality, functionality, and local impact.

Kendall Kingscott Ltd. played a central role in the project, providing project management and employer’s agent services throughout the build, helping to maintain programme coordination and delivery standards.
